DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
A deposit of 25% or one day's lodging whichever is greater is required at time of reservation. Full refund of deposit if reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits can be used to reserve another date subject to a 10% re-booking charge and date availability. Our receipt of your deposit implies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Because we have reserved the above services for you in good faith, you will be charged 50% of the unused segment of your reservation should you choose to leave early.
TERMS
Payment is due in full upon departure. For your convenience, cash, traveler's checks, and personal or business checks are accepted. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. Receipts are provided.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Storage for personal belongings and luggage is available for early arrivals or late departures to allow for more time on the river! Late night arrivals can also be accommodated without any problem.
PETS WELCOME
PETS ARE ALLOWED AND WELCOMED AT COTTONWOOD CAMP, BUT WE ASK THAT THEY BE LEASHED AND/OR KENNELED AT ALL TIMES. AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $5 PER PET, PER NIGHT WILL BE ASSESSED FOR PETS RESIDING IN CABINS. PLEASE CLEANUP AFTER YOUR PETS!
