Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit of 50% of your lodging reservation is required at the time the reservation is made. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $25.00 service charge. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less the $25.00 service charge. Cancellations received 30 – 7 days prior to arrival will receive a camping credit less the $25.00 service charge. This credit can be used toward a future stay and is valid for one full year from the date of issue. No refunds will be given if a cancellation is received within one week of your arrival date. Our receipt of your deposit implies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Because we have reserved the above services for you in good faith, you will be charged 50% of the unused segment of your reservation should you choose to leave early.
Payment is due in full upon arrival. For your convenience, cash, traveler’s checks, and personal or business checks are accepted. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Receipts are provided.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Check-ins prior to 3:00 pm are subject to a $100.00 service charge. Storage for personal belongings and luggage is available for early arrivals or late departures to allow for more time on the river! Late night arrivals can also be accommodated.
Pets are allowed and welcomed at Cottonwood Camp, but we ask that they be leashed and/or kenneled at all times. An additional fee of $10 per pet, per night will be assessed for pets residing in cabins. A fee of $5 per pet, per night will be assess for pets residing in our RV spots and campground. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS!
We embrace and honor the health and wellness of all. Given this, we ask you to refrain from smoking in any of the cabins, restrooms and fly shop.
